surfaces getting rusted is a common occurring . Also we have accepted that this
phenomenon cannot be eradicated . So the logical solution is to clean the
surface from rust, apply primer and then paint it..... and wait again for the painted surface to rust. For
critical applications , Engineers use advanced anti rust coatings etc however at high costs.
